The patented teaching methodology “Triangle of Creation,” developed based on years of experience and research, has become an innovation in the field of education.
This methodology, created by Zoryana Golovata, has already attracted the interest of universities in California and Washington DC. Today, this model is actively being integrated into educational programs at American universities, higher education institutions in Ukraine, and is delivering practical results in training Ukrainian women entrepreneurs.
“This is an innovative program that she is spearheading. I really admire Zoryana’s perspective—she focuses on financial well-being, which makes so much sense! The model is highly practical and meets the challenges of wartime because it includes actionable components. The ‘Triangle of Creation’ teaches what ‘women everywhere want,’” says Dr. Carrie Santos a political scientist at the University of California, Berkeley.
Carrie Santos is an expert in rebuilding regions affected by natural disasters and armed conflicts. She has worked with U.S. government organizations that have also provided assistance to Ukrainian women.
Oksana Yakushko, director of the doctoral program in psychology at The George Washington University, believes this program will also be beneficial to American communities. She highlights the fact that Zoryana Golovata’s teaching model has already been successfully tested in practice and is not just a “theoretical invention,” proving its effectiveness.
“This is truly an innovation in psychology, an innovation in scientific research, and it needs to be further developed,” Yakushko states.
“The model has shown excellent results in real-life examples of working with people. It addresses stability, balance, and harmony from three perspectives and serves as a foundation for moving forward, developing oneself, and supporting others,” she adds.
According to Maryna Kovalska, head of the Ukrainian office, this model forms the basis of the women’s program currently being implemented in Ukraine by the Women's Voice in Action initiative:
“The foundation of this program is to educate 100,001 women. The training focuses on financial stability, psychological support, mental health, and the development of social connections.”
The integration of Zoryana Golovata’s model into educational programs reflects a commitment to fostering innovation in the education system.
