The Women’s Voice in Action team has developed a preschool education program through the lens of the Sustainable Development Goals, based on global consultative initiatives by the World Economic Forum Platform.
"Program for Young Ambassadors of Peace and Leaders of Change" - A program for children aimed at developing global citizenship skills, enabling communication with peers worldwide, including partner kindergartens in the KIK program.
From innovation and creativity to technological mastery, the program engages children in playful learning, addressing complex problem-solving, analytical thinking, creativity analysis, and digital responsibility, including cybersecurity.
Emphasizing interpersonal skills, the program fosters the development of emotional intelligence, empathy, cooperation, negotiation, leadership, and social awareness through group activities with defined roles, promoting the foundations of peace-building.
Embracing individualized and self-directed learning, educators utilize principles of personal coaching and mentorship, providing personalized feedback to both children and parents, tailoring the learning experience to each child's unique needs.
Transitioning to accessible and inclusive education, mobile programs are adapted for learning anywhere, ensuring inclusivity beyond physical school buildings.
Problem-based learning and collaborative problem-solving take center stage, shifting the focus from process-oriented to result-oriented. Children work on projects requiring collective solutions, fostering teamwork and a clearer vision of future work.
Embracing lifelong learning, the program shifts from a model where skills decline over time to one where individuals continuously refine existing skills and acquire new ones, nurturing a positive attitude towards learning.
Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals, the program comprises 17 gaming cases where children practically understand how actions contribute to achieving global sustainable development goals.
The program includes training for preschool teachers and administrative staff, along with the creation of a mobile learning.
